1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Practise German, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Practise German only for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, copy at scale, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform, accounts, APIs, payments, content, or systems.
3. Accounts and Sign-In
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your login. You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account or other sign-in method secure. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these terms.
4. Submissions and User Content
You remain responsible for the answers, text, images, and other content you submit. You must not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, confidential, or highly sensitive personal information. By submitting content, you give Practise German permission to host, process, analyze, display, and use it as needed to provide practice, feedback, progress tracking, safety, support, and service improvement.
5. AI Feedback and Learning Disclaimer
AI-generated feedback, handwriting extraction, scores, examples, and explanations are provided for learning support and may contain mistakes, omissions, or unsuitable suggestions. They are not a guarantee of exam performance, admission, certification, employment, or language proficiency. You should use your own judgment and, where necessary, consult a qualified language instructor.
6. Premium Plans, Payments, and Access
Some features may require paid access, subscription status, or evaluation allowance. Payments and subscriptions are processed through Razorpay or another listed payment provider. Prices, billing periods, plan features, allowances, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the product and may change prospectively. Premium access may begin only after payment and verification are complete.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Subscription cancellation, renewal, failed-payment, and refund handling may depend on the payment provider and the plan purchased. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already paid are non-refundable. 8. Content and Intellectual Property
All platform content, including branding, questions, lessons, guides, examples, articles, layouts, designs, software, and other materials, belongs to Practise German or its licensors. You may use the content for personal learning only and may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish, or create competing datasets or services from it without prior written permission.
9. Content Protection
Practise German may use technical measures to discourage copying, downloading, scraping, automated extraction, printing, or redistribution of questions, titles, lessons, guides, blog articles, and other platform content. You agree not to bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to work around these protections except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may rely on or link to third-party services such as Google, Razorpay, analytics, hosting, error monitoring, video, and AI-processing providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, outages, payment systems, or content.
11. Availability and Changes
We may modify, pause, discontinue, limit, or remove features, content, plans, access, or allowances at any time. We aim to keep Practise German reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the platform at any time.
13. Disclaimers
Practise German is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and exam-result suitability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practise German is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or exam or learning outcomes arising from your use of the platform.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
